In addition to our master seminar rooms and amphitheater, meetings can be held in the large living rooms, dining rooms, and libraries as well as on the porches of our estate homes. Breakfast and lunch feature beautiful, bountiful buffets. Dinner is offered buffet style, family style or full-service and includes appetizers, salad, a choice of three entrees* and dessert.

From time of booking, you will be working closely with our meeting planner, Nancy Hofstadter to ensure the best possible outcome during your time spent here. She will assist you in coordinating arrival and departure times, meal planning, overnight accommodations, media services, down-time activities, special requests, and so much more.

If you’re looking to supplement your event with something special, please ask Nancy about adding a bonfire (with s’mores), entertainment such as bands, individual musicians, square dancing, comedians, jugglers, clowns, and face painters, or hayrides, horse & carriages, hot air balloon rides, fireworks, yoga & aerobic classes, coordinators of sporting events, golf, as well as team-building programs.
