Carriage House Restaurant
In 1965, Lee Elmore, co-founder of The Rensselaerville Institute, converted the Huyck 1898 carriage house into a full-service restaurant. Located at the center of the estate, the Carriage House Restaurant features bountiful breakfast and lunch buffets and exceptional food and wine menus for dinner. In 2004 the Carriage House Restaurant was expanded to double the amount of seats to 110. The restaurant is perfect for individual meals as well as weddings and other social events.
The Carriage House Restaurant is open to the public by reservation only.
