Our standard CMP is $225/person, per night. To obtain rates and availability for a meeting you are planning, please contact us and provide requested information on your event. We will be back to you within one working day offering availability options and costs for your function.

Complete Meeting Package Extras
In addition to the package components outlined above your event participants will have access to our property’s outdoor patios, fitness center, game rooms and sports equipment [volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, tennis, badminton, cross country skis, snowshoes]. Or they may choose to walk, hike or jog the surrounding trails of the E. N. Huyck Preserve, stroll in the quaint village of Rensselaerville, swim at Lake Myosotis, or for an additional charge, travel offsite to enjoy nearby golf and horseback riding facilities.

Our Continuous Refreshment Break
No need to plan specific break times or menus. Your refreshment break is continually available outside your meeting space, as part of your CMP.

In addition to breakfast breads in the morning and freshly-baked cookies, cakes and snacks in the afternoon and evening, breaks include fresh coffee, a selection of teas, sodas, juices, bottled water, fresh fruit and ice cream bars.

Food & Beverage
Breakfast, lunch and dinner, served in the Carriage House Restaurant and featuring gracious service and innovative menus, are prepared and overseen by our Executive Chef Joe Maloney and his talented staff. Alcoholic beverages are available for an extra charge.

Breakfast and lunch feature beautiful, bountiful buffets. Dinner is offered buffet style, family style or full-service and includes appetizers, salad, a choice of three entrees and dessert.

Special Diets
For those with special dietary requirements, Chef Maloney is happy to provide meals that will both meet your needs and satisfy your palate.

If you’re looking to supplement your event with something special, please ask your meeting planner about adding a bonfire [with s’mores], entertainment such as bands, individual musicians, square dancing, comedians, jugglers, clowns, and face painters, or hayrides, horse & carriages, hot air balloon rides, fireworks, yoga & aerobic classes, coordinators of sporting events, as well as team-building programs. The options are without limit, let us show you!

Full & Half-Day Meeting Packages
Full-Day and Half-Day Meeting Packages are available when overnight accommodations are not required. The Full-day Meeting Package ($72/person, per day) incorporating attendance from morning until 5 PM, includes lunch, refreshment breaks and everything you need to hold your meeting.

The Half-day Meeting Package ($52/person, per day) covers a half-day of meeting attendance from the morning through lunch, or from lunch to 5 PM.

Both Half Day and Full Day Meeting Packages can be expanded to include Breakfast and/or Dinner
